Pediatric Immunization Schedules
The Pediatric Immunization Schedules are an endorsement of the schedules approved by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the American Academy of Family Physicians, and were developed with Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE).
